Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, and DTDC. The courier partner is selected based on serviceability.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track your order through the tracking page on our website.

Payments, Cancellations & COD

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

Yes, COD is available for eligible locations. In some cases, partial advance payment may be required before dispatch. The remaining amount must be paid at delivery.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are accepted only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and an unboxing video or images are mandatory.
