Return & Refund Policy

At SINRITUALS, customer satisfaction and product hygiene are extremely important to us. As we deal in skin and body care products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining safety and quality standards.


Return Eligibility

We offer returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • Refunds are also applicable in the following cases:

    1. If ordered products are not delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.
    2. If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

Timeframe:
You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Condition requirements:

  • An unboxing video and/or clear images are mandatory

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging must be intact

⚠️ Important:
Once a skincare or personal care product has been opened or used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused afterward.

The final authority to approve or reject any return or refund request lies solely with SINRITUALS.

  • Unboxing video and/or images clearly showing the issue

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and arrange return pickup at no additional cost to you.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skin & body care products

  • Products without unboxing proof

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product

  • Valid unboxing video/images are provided

Approval or rejection of an exchange request is at the sole discretion of SINRITUALS.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched for shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • Refunds are issued to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Processing time:
Refunds typically reflect within 8–15 business days after approval.
