Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India

  • International shipping is not available at this time


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. Any significant delay will be communicated to you via email or SMS.


Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Location

    • Courier partner

    • Weather or unforeseen logistical delays

SINRITUALS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

  • XpressBees

  • Blue Dart

  • Amazon Shipping

  • DTDC

Courier selection may vary based on delivery location and service availability.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    • Email

    • SMS

  • You can also track your order directly through our tracking page on the website


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across eligible locations in India

  • There is no extra charge for COD

  • In certain cases, partial advance payment may be required for COD orders, as decided by SINRITUALS

  • The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery before the product is handed over


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

SINRITUALS is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Please do not accept delivery, or

  • Record a clear unboxing video if accepted
